One to one sessions and small groups are a calm and safe space for beginners to advancing yogis to learn and develop their practice. This is the way Yoga is/was traditionally taught inside the Ashram.
Gender, lifestyle, injury, illness and fitness levels play a huge role in the level of well being you may experience during day to day activities. Classes address this, leaving you lighter, longer, stronger and centred.
Correct spinal alignment and nervous system restoration are a key feature in Sophia's classes. Sessions range from those with a strong practice looking to delve into the hows and whys of dynamic movements, inversions and tricky arm balances to chair yoga which allows anyone experiencing disability in the body to experience the yoga bliss at a gentle pace.
