Sophia teaches Yoga postures & breath work, adjusted to the level of the student/s.
One to one sessions and small groups are a calm and safe space for beginners to advancing yogis to learn and develop their practice. A full consultation will take place before your first class. This is the way Yoga was traditionally taught inside an Ashram.
Correct spinal alignment, digestive health, lymphatic stimulation and nervous system restoration are key features in Sophia's classes. Expect to feel lighter, longer & stronger.
